We are seeking participants based exclusively at Scottish Higher Education Institutions working in admissions, compliance, or English for Academic Purposes (EAP) (or any other relevant area).

Participation will involve completing a short online questionnaire (approx. 10 minutes) and they will receive a £5 Costa coffee voucher as a token of thanks if they provide an email address. At the end, they will be given the option to indicate whether they will to be contacted for a follow-up interview with the researchers. They will be offered a £20 voucher if they opt to be interviewed. Responses will be anonymised, and participation is entirely voluntary. The project has received ethical approval from Heriot‑Watt University.
